The cost is $115 for Ages 4-10 and $150 for Ages 11-99. Age 100+ is complimentary.

Reunion fees cover the costs of meals, event spaces, entertainment, group activities, materials, and other reunion expenses. Fees are carefully calculated to ensure all costs are fairly distributed among attending family members.

Yes, a payment plan is available. You may make weekly, monthly, or quarterly payments. Must be paid in full by May 15th, 2026. No refunds.

We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Cards, Zelle, Checks, and Money Orders.

Late registration is from May 20th to June 3rd, 2026, until 7pm CST. A $75.00 fee will be assessed—no exceptions!

Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

The reunion will be held from Friday, July 3rd to Monday, July 6th, 2026.

Registration closes on Friday, May 15th, 2026, at 7pm CST.

The Executive Board has secured discounted rooms for the family at this hotel. To avoid additional costs and support the reunion, we request all families stay at the host hotel.

Parking at the hotel is $10 per day plus applicable taxes. Event parking is complimentary.

Most events are casual, but the banquet luncheon may have a theme. Details will be announced in January 2026.

Yes, meals are included during all main events. Special dietary requests can be made in advance. Please note your requirements on the registration form.

No, lodging is separate. We've arranged discounted hotel rates at $119.00 per night, plus applicable taxes. Up to four guests per room.

Yes, a professional photographer will take a group photo on Saturday, July 4th, at 12:30pm.

Service Animals are allowed with a Vest or Horness, and must be on a leash.

Yes, shuttle service will be provided.

Parents may choose to hire an agency-certified babysitter. For more information, email us by May 15th.
